Ngarua Services, has launched two main information sources focusing on the Self-reliance and Self-sustenance cultures. This website has now transformed its content to emphasize self-reliance cultures, and the mind-set change required to adopt and practice these cultures. Take a look at the pages and blogs for more information. The second information source are the books written by Prof. Ngarua. There are currently three books, “The Culture Wars – Globalists Vs. Nationalists” (2018), “The Employment Illusion” (2019) and “Defining culture and its economic implications – Collectivists Vs Individualists” (2022). Links to online stores where these books can be purchased can be found on this website. Alternatively, you can e-mail Ngarua Services via the e-mail address provided on the contact page to purchase a copy of the books.
Culture determines human decisions and the resulting actions or behaviors. Culture is therefore the sole factor determining an individuals life choices and the resulting experiences. I define culture as how people choose to react given various life scenarios. Their reactions originate from their thought processes on various scenarios, based on their knowledge to-date on how to react to them. A person’s mind-set is therefore critical in forming ones culture. Today, many are not satisfied with their life experiences, which is a result of dependency cultures they have adopted. Self-reliance and Self-sustenance cultures are the opposite of these dependency cultures.
For over ten years now, Ngarua Services has focused its research on the impact of culture on the economic, social and political decisions that individuals make throughout their life. The findings, which he documents and analyzes in his two ground-breaking books, The Culture Wars – Globalists Vs Nationalist and The Employment Illusion, show that culture is central to these decisions. Furthermore, the two books point out that the institutions (government, religious, business, non-profit, etc) have made it their priority to influence individuals into adopting dependency cultures, that create demand for their products and services in lieu of self-reliance cultures that would reduce demand for the same.
In today’s society, institutions play a big role in the life’s of many individuals, which gives them a big advantage when it comes to shaping their cultures. As a result, the dependency cultures pushed by these institutions are currently wide-spread and popular in large segments of the population. Many of these dependency cultures, mainly to due the resulting products and services procured, have various harmful effects on the bodies and minds of many individuals, ruining their life experiences. Given the events currently being experienced in the ongoing COVID-19/Corona-virus pandemic, many are starting to realize the danger that results in depending on these institutions, due to current actions and plans being taken or suggested by the institutions. Many of these actions and plans aim to take away natural individual freedoms/rights and mandate and force individuals to consume certain products and services, e.g. vaccines, face masks and GPS tracking software’s. The only way to reduce the power of the institutions in your life, is to become less dependent on them, and that involves adopting self-reliance cultures, and moving away from the currently popular dependent cultures.
In the welcome video first posted on a Self-reliance group, formerly hosted on a social media website page, and provided below, Prof. Ngarua outlines some Self-reliance cultures, specifically, “Valuing freedom based cultures” (e.g. individual freedoms), “Valuing independence based cultures” (e.g. independent thought, independence based personal relationships, self-sufficiency, devolution of institutions/systems, etc), “Valuing objective decision making cultures”, and “Valuing being a unique individual” (e.g. “individualism”). The aim of this interactive group was to share information on how to become more self-reliant in a world where dependency has become the popular default. Historically, there is also overwhelming evidence that societies that aspire towards these self-reliance cultures thrive, while those that don’t fail. All are welcome to join in this effort, which now, more than ever before, many have come to realize will be crucial to a better life experience.
